Silent Film: 64/365

Haircut inspired by the great Louise Brooks and done by the great Kelly St.Claire.  I took the hair plunge to participate in a photography challenge featuring silent film stars. I had fun playing with this image in Flickr's Picnik editing tools.

Happy Valentine's Day!

  1. So cool, you're making me miss my old short haircut! The expression on your face is spot on, really looks like a still from an old (snowglobe featuring) film.

  2. Thanks, Rikki and Meg. It took a few (okay 15) shots before I got it right:)

  3. I don't know why, but Ed Wood was the first thing to come to mind. Maybe because it's a little bit eerie.

  4. Wow!

Yesterday, I was in Kroger and saw your snow globe. My excitement was silly and made me smile.

Like you. (the making me smile, not the being silly :)

  5. Atomic Rose, I had never heard of Ed Wood, so I looked him up. Really interesting character, I see Burton made a film about him, I added it to my q:)
Misha, loved your Kroger experience, but you can completely call me silly. Hope you are having a good birthday!
