This is my friend, Susan, in her chicken coop with her favorite chicken, Penelope. She has fifteen hens, two roosters and nine one week-old chicks. Once her four children are fed, it's time to feed the chickens, goats, ducks, and dog. There are many eggs and many things to be done, which leaves little time for sitting.
